  • Once your item is shipped, it’s your responsibility to accept delivery. If you miss it, please follow the instructions provided by SMS or on the card left by the courier to reschedule or collect your package.

  • We accept returns of non-bespoke items within 14 days, provided they are in original, unused condition. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Please note that bespoke items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
