Delivery

We are unable to post/ship any items before the full payment (including postage) has been made. The payment will be fully debited at the time of order processing.

Postage Information

Sadly we cannot post to the EU or Northern Ireland due to GPSR regulations and unfortunately at present we cannot ship to the USA but are looking into this for 2026.

We aim to post non bespoke items within 2 working days but this can be longer during busier times.

All bespoke items will take longer and vary from product to product, please check item descriptions for specific info.

We do not post over the weekends, any orders placed past 2PM GMT on Friday will be dispatched by the next post the following Monday.

In any event, delivery will be made within 14 days of your order, unless stated otherwise.

Once the item is shipped, it is the customer’s responsibility to accept the delivery. If you miss your delivery, please follow the instructions that are sent via SMS or on the card left at your door to follow up with the relevant postal service.

Orders cannot be cancelled once posted.

Tracking Your Order

Any orders received will be acknowledged by email confirmation, and you will receive tracking information to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive an order confirmation or tracking details via email, please check spam and contact us for more information at hello@britheart.co.uk

Customs Clearance and Fees

International orders from outside the UK may be subject to the payment of import duties and taxes.

You are responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes on the delivery of your order. Please note that this could involve some delay of the parcels, as the goods retained and checked at customs are outside of our control.

If you do not accept the customs clearance, the product will be returned to the sender destination, and shipping costs will be non-refundable.

Bespoke Products

All bespoke items will take between 7 – 30 working days to make, once we’ve received at our studio your order will be fulfilled and dispatched directly to you.

Please note we cannot accept any cancellations, changes, returns or refunds on any bespoke items.
